To support people, organisations and business to understand the value of collaboration and the benefits achieved through collaborative working.

Our Delivery Partners

For ICW to reach out into the business and public sector community has frequently been a challenge, whilst retaining our desire to harness the expertise of the Executive Network and continue to create thought leadership. The development of BS 11000 and the level of interest prompted us some time ago to look at how to support a wider audience. We have established a number of delivery partners and now launched our associate company programme seeking out specialists in specific areas of collaborative working and partnering that can enhance the skills and resources of ICW.

From an information architecture and technology infrastructure perspective, there are similarities between successful collaborations and ‘virtual organisations'. Since 1990, New Information Paradigms (NIP) has provided collaborative applications for professional teams. These pure web-based solutions are now customised and delivered on-line, using our transformational ‘thought to action' technology framework.

jcpii is delighted to join the ICW as an Affiliated Consultant Member and believes that together we can make a bigger difference. We share the same passion for collaboration, and are both committed to helping individuals and organisations, in all sectors, to develop and enjoy long term, effective, mutually rewarding business relationships based on collaborative working.

jcpii's purpose is to help those with whom we work to collaborate effectively and seize the benefits that collaboration offers. Collaboration is our specialist and only purpose, and we have been successfully developing, delivering, and supporting collaborative and behavioural change for over 30 years, building on and progressing the work begun by John Carlisle 50 years ago. That includes pioneering and introducing collaborative and behavioural selection in 1996, and the PAA in 2006.

Using our unique Collaborative Behaviour Model and specialist Psychometric Tools we demonstrate how changing minds changes results, and how business relationships and behaviour impact results. We help our clients to develop the understanding, mindset, and skills to create a collaborative culture and relationships both within and across organisations; to repair difficult and damaged relationships; to choose the right partners; and to prepare bidders to succeed in collaborative and behavioural assessments.
