Adrian has extensive experience in graphic design and art direction, working for a number of years initially in the advertising/marketing industry, where he worked in a variety of creative roles for a range of advertising agencies, from Studio Junior to Creative Director. After this he set up his own graphic/web design consultancy, where his wide range of skills and experience stood him in excellent stead for handling a multitude of clients, from sole traders to multi-national organisations. While the majority of Adrian's clients are in the UK, he has worked on a number of websites for companies in the United States.
Adrian's skillset is best described as "multi-faceted", including: conceptualising, design, layout, typography, artwork/desktop publishing, print planning/buying, web design/production/development, search engine optimisation (SEO), online/social media marketing & analysis, User Experience, copywriting, illustration (incl. cartoons), photography, photo editing, and traditional media such as press advertisements, catalogues, brochures, corporate IDs.
Adrian's background in Art Direction taught him his most important lesson: to always design according to the target market, even if it goes against your personal preferences!
