His industry experience includes due diligence around mergers and acquisition, overseeing corporate policy on all aspects of international human resources, succession planning and leadership development. He has chaired conferences on collaborative working and leads workshops on Collaborative Leadership. He has developed collaborative working approaches to managing industrial relations and has recently been involved in the successful resolution of high profile disputes in the Oil & Gas industry.
