In this member-only session, we will update you on the new Collaboration Playbook that is aligned with the new procurement legislation. Benefitting from the support of the HMG Cabinet Office and the UK National Authorities, the playbook offers practical, experience-led guidance that illustrates how public sector organisations can design collaboration from the outset into their requirements. This includes how to find the right collaborative partners in the procurement and supplier selection process and how to implement and sustain the collaboration while delivering the contract.
