Awareness: An Introduction to Collaborative Working

This programme has been specifically developed as a baseline introduction to collaborative working which highlights the impacts of behaviours and the benefits of working together for front line staff. Delegates will gain an understanding of the organisations objectives in working collaboratively, know how to behave in a collaborative environment. Understand what to say, what not to say or do to support a collaborative project and how they can create value for themselves and the project.
