ICW Welcomes Two New Non-Executive Directors to its Board

19 Oct 2026 11:04 AM | Anonymous member (Administrator)
The Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW) is delighted to announce the appointment of Matt Page and Jo Potter as Non-Executive Directors of the Institute.

Their appointments further strengthen the breadth of experience and insight available to the Board, while reinforcing the important connection between ICW's governance and its membership community.

Both Matt and Jo are long standing supporters and active contributors to the Institute. Matt represents BSI, one of ICW’s Ambassador organisations and has provided valued support and advice to the Institute’s leadership, as well as supporting several of our key initiatives, including our annual Awards programme. Jo is a long-standing elected member of the ICW Advisory Council, representing Individual Members, and co-chairs our Professional Development Group. Their appointments reflect the depth of talent, expertise and commitment within ICW’s membership and provide an opportunity to bring even more of that experience into the Institute’s governance and strategic direction.

Welcoming the appointments, ICW Chair Lord John Hannett said:

"I am delighted to welcome Matt and Jo to the Board. They each bring valuable but different perspectives that will strengthen the Institute as we continue to grow and evolve.

"Importantly, both have already demonstrated a strong commitment to ICW through their wide-ranging involvement with the Institute. Their appointments reinforce the strong links between the Board and the membership community we serve, ensuring that member perspectives continue to help shape our strategic direction."

Matt Page, Senior Vice President, EMEA Assurance at BSI and formerly Managing Director for BSI UK & Ireland, brings extensive international leadership, commercial, operational and financial expertise to the Board. He has held senior executive roles including Managing Director and Finance Director and has led large, complex operations across multiple countries and sectors. His experience in governance, financial stewardship, organisational growth, business transformation and stakeholder engagement will provide valuable insight as ICW continues to expand its influence and impact.

Jo Potter, a commercial and contracts professional with Airbus and previously at Indra, is well known across the ICW community. A Fellow of the Institute, member of the Advisory Council and Membership Secretary for the Individual Member Community, Jo has made a significant contribution to member engagement, professional development and the promotion of effective collaborative working. Her experience within complex and highly regulated environments, together with her understanding of collaborative practice and the needs of ICW members, will bring an important practitioner and member perspective to Board discussions and decision-making.

ICW Chief Executive Frank Lee said:

“I am particularly pleased that both appointments come directly from our membership community. Matt represents one of our Ambassador organisations, while Jo has been a long-standing and highly respected Individual Member, helping to promote and embed good collaborative practice.

"Together they bring a powerful combination of strategic leadership, commercial expertise, governance experience and practical knowledge of collaborative working. Just as importantly, they understand our membership, both corporate and individual, our purpose and the challenges facing organisations seeking to work more effectively together.

"Their appointments strengthen not only the skills and experience available to the Board, but also the vital connection between the Board and the membership at the heart of the Institute.”

The Board and Executive team look forward to working with Matt and Jo as ICW continues to champion collaborative working, strengthen organisational capability and support better outcomes for its members, industry and society.
