Developing collaborative leadership capabilities
The ICW Collaborative Leaders Course is designed for professionals looking to strengthen their collaborative leadership capabilities and develop the practical skills required to build and manage effective collaborative business relationships. Going beyond an understanding of collaboration in principle, the programme equips participants with practical knowledge, tools and techniques to lead structured collaboration within their organisations. Effective collaboration relies on leaders at all levels who foster trust, alignment and shared outcomes.
Throughout the four-day course, delegates explore collaborative business relationship management and develop a deeper understanding of ISO 44001, the international standard for collaborative business relationship management systems. The programme also provides an opportunity for professionals from different organisations and sectors to exchange experience, challenge thinking and consider how structured approaches to collaboration can be applied within their own organisations, partnerships and business relationships.
Professional recognition in collaborative working
Successful completion of the Collaborative Leaders Course provides automatic full ICW Membership, with delegates entitled to use the MICW post-nominal. This provides professional recognition of their knowledge and capabilities in collaborative working and reflects their continued professional development in this field.
