ICW Collaboration Playbook
In today's environment of rapid change, increasing complexity and pressure to deliver better outcomes at pace, effective collaboration is no longer optional—it's a critical capability. This particularly applies to public sector procurement where balancing tight budgets, value and need is highly challenging.
In this member-only session, we will update you on the new Collaboration Playbook that is aligned with the new procurement legislation. Benefitting from the support of the HMG Cabinet Office and the UK National Authorities, the playbook offers practical, experience-led guidance that illustrates how public sector organisations can design collaboration from the outset into their requirements. This includes how to find the right collaborative partners in the procurement and supplier selection process and how to implement and sustain the collaboration while delivering the contract.
In this session, we'll explore:
The need for a Playbook - why we have created it
Who produced it, who we consulted, our supporters and the intended audience
What the Playbook includes and other resources – templates/tools & case studies
Why it matters to our members
When it will be available
