Introductory online Awareness Modules
Adopting a structured approach to collaborative working may be novel to many within organisations and we have developed a number of short on-line presentations which will help to identify the key issues that need to be considered. These modules are not definitive training courses but provide background to the potential implications of working in a collaborative environment. By raising awareness these short introductions enable staff to suitably target those courses which are most likely to involve them and identify where more in-depth attention may be required.
Each module takes approximately 20 minutes to address and is a combination of slides and text:

- Developing a relationship management plan
- Implementing BS 11000 and internal auditing
- Relationship management Tools and techniques
- Monitoring and managing behaviours
