To develop an awareness of BS11000 in the Facilities Management sector, ICW teamed up with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) to hold a joint seminar at its headquarters in Ascot. The event took place on the 29th May 2012 and attracted a variety of Business Leaders from the FM community. The seminar covered an overview of ICW and the background to BS11000.

Chris Odam, ICW Associate Director leading the event says "we hope the event helped convince the FM sector that BS11000 is a 'must have' for future business development."
