Audit Course - How Do You Audit Trust in a Collaborative Relationship

BS 11000 presents new challenges for auditors, with its requirements to audit behaviours, trust, Governance, innovation and the relationship performance. For instance how do you create an audit plan to review trust in a relationship. Whilst typical audit plans are based on compliance, effective BS 11000 audits need to explore the fundamentals of trust and the aspects of a relationship which can indicate whether trust is present. Delegates are encouraged to review for example:

Performance
Innovation
Problem solving
Issue resolution
Maturity of the exit strategy
Knowledge sharing
Communication

All of which can be indicators of trust as well as the approach used to monitor behaviours within the relationship. The 2 day course is designed for experienced internal auditors with its focus not on auditing skills but on, understanding the requirements of the standard, planning audits and integrating them with existing programmes, enabling the auditor to identify effective collaborative relationships.

Consistently achieving high praise from delegates the course is appreciated for its interactive nature and focus on where to look for evidence. The course is run at Warwick University Conference Centre with its easy access and dedicated training environment.
