This one day ‘In house’ programme has been specifically developed as a baseline introduction to collaborative working. It highlights the impacts of behaviours and the benefits of working together for front line staff. It can be customised for individual organisations to integrate awareness within broader strategic collaboration initiatives and ISO 44001 implementation programmes.
