Shahrukh KazmiFirst Academic Student to Achieve MICW Membership via Warwick University

Congratulations to Shahrukh Kazmi, Lead engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, in gaining membership of the Institute (ICW) via the newly established academic route. As a member of the recent cohort to progress through the Warwick University WMG MSc course for Collaborative Leadership. His successful completion of the MSc module, developed by ICW in association with WMG, which is one of the nominated routes to membership we are delighted to recognise his achievement and welcome him as an individual member to the ICW community.

As part of the vision for ICW the MSc module is seen as a key element in developing collaborative skills and introducing complimentary tools for the mangers of the future. This highly interactive week long module provides insight to the challenges of leadership in a collaborative environment. This elective course is part of the WMG Master’s programme and is a first to offer this both academic recognition and directly link to the Institutes membership programme. It is also available as a unique standalone opportunity to expand your understanding of collaboration and the alternative perspective to leadership for todays and tomorrows business leaders.

The next course jointly delivered by ICW and WMG is schedule to run 7-11 November and we recommend it to those who want to build their portfolio of skills for the future. For details contact or
