ICW in Association with NIP Announce New Online Collaborative Capability Assessment

For those organisations starting out on the collaborative working journey the new Online Self Assessment provides an initial introduction to the principles for effective implementation and opportunity to compare these with what is already part of their existing business practices by:

  • Providing a guide through the key elements of good collaborative practice
  • Enable organisations to capture their existing processes
  • Deliver a report to use a basis for  development
  • And the option to have the self assessment validated

How do I get started?

The initial stage of the process is fully automated and can be accessed on-line by going to;

This approach has been specifically developed by ICW in association with New Information Paradigms (NIP). The nominal charge is handled by credit card and is fully confidential unless organisations wish to share their assessment.

The process is supported by guidance as the assessment progresses and once completed the systems will provide a downloadable report. At this stage organisations need progress no further but will hopefully use the process to understand better how they can assimilate the principles into their operations.

The option then exists for those that wish to for an external assessor to visit for a day and undertaken a review with the organisation to validate and offer some guidance. This validation will be a trigger for ICW to issue a confirmation which may be useful in the short term to present to those clients who are particularly interested in recognising progress towards collaborative capability.
